Full Planning, Design and Coordination
This would be the most useful wedding planning aid for couples who are starting at ground zero for their wedding preparations. Our role is to kickstart the process, and cover you from head to toe, all the way till your vows are read, and your desserts are served!
- Wedding Conceptualization
(Concept development of a wedding that is about you) - Wedding styling and décor
(including design, logistic arrangements, set up and tear down, coordination, artwork and printing. Note that cost of décor is not included.) - Vendor and venue sourcing & liaising
(No cap on the number of vendors to be sourced) - Budget management
(Planning within the given budget, and assisting with payment schedules and reminders) - Program design and coordination
(including program management, itinerary development, ceremony and reception support) - Consultations & communications
(unlimited hours of consultations and communications. Rehearsals and preparations leading to wedding day inclusive)
Recommended time: usually 9-12 months before wedding date
Committed time: approx. 12 months or from time of hire, if less
