We were so blessed and thankful to have Beautiful Gatherings help us in the planning and conceptualising of our wedding. They made the entire process smooth and fun, giving us a lovely rustic yet chill vibe, exactly what we asked for! Despite it being a COVID wedding with some restrictions still in place, the planning process and actual day was as stress-free as it could be. We had an amazing day, as did our guests!

“ Getting WanQi from Beautiful Gatherings to be our planner was the single best wedding-related decision we made. We did very little work on our wedding party, but it turned out exactly the way we envisioned it – only better. Despite the many unconventional ideas we threw her way (our party was carnival-themed!) she was able to roll with the punches – making valuable suggestions, creating beautiful themed designs, and coordinating all the legwork that was needed to make the party a reality. We and our guests had a blast! “

“ Wan Qi and her team were our coordinators for the day, but she went above and beyond to ensure that in the months leading up to the wedding I had every support I needed. Wan Qi was always responsive, meticulous, calm and positive, which was incredibly reassuring to my husband and I especially when the stress started to build up. We could always depend on her to find solutions or offer sound advice. She was proactive and helped plan for situations we didn’t anticipate or think of, and this showed how dedicated she was. “
